Expertise - in our team we have experts in fabrics, threads and notions; we employ an ex-retailer who has been where you are now; we have a demonstrator and people well versed in marketing. These resources can be made available to our retail customers.
Employed staff - we do not employ commission agents; all of our sales team are employed by the company. That means that they are dedicated to helping you identify the best product for your situation and providing you with the benefit of their wide experience.
Buying - three times a year we send the largest team of wholesale buyers from the UK to Quilt Market and other venues in America. That keeps us up to date with the latest trends and new products so that your customers can buy from you shortly after thay are launched in the US.
Communication - apart from the promotional activity mentioned on this site, we stay in touch through e-mailings of special offers, new product launches and items of general interest. This is designed to keep you up to date on what is happening and what we have planned. If you are not receiving these e-mailing, let us have your address and we will add you to the list.
Joint promotions - we work with the media to highlight new products etc. As we only supply wholesale, we direct/refer all enquires to our stockists.
