At EQS we are dedicated to helping your business be a success. We do not sell directly to your customers - all our efforts are directed towards bringing people into your shop.
Advertising - we have a regular programme of advertisements that feature selected products from our range. We ask consumers to phone us to find out their nearest stockist. In 2004 we placed adverts in over 1.5 million magazine copies to promote our products to your benefit.
Shows - we attend occasional consumer shows simply to show your customers the products that we advertise. We refer them to their local shop to buy. In 2004/5 we attended four shows to demonstrate OTT-LITE and Michael Miller Memories.
Education - for three years we have organised the YLI Thread PlayDay at the Festival of Quilts. On each occasion we have some 230 ladies stitching with YLI and going back to their shops to buy. Each year they are one of the first workshops to sell out. We have also published and kept updated the Guide To Selecting and Using YLI Thread. This has become a must-have for ladies who want to know more about the threads to use.
Workshops - we arrange workshops and talks that promote the use of our products. We attend quilt group meetings to give presentations on the science of thread and YLI in particular.
Web site - this site gives your customers more ideas on how to use our products and, more importantly, find the nearest shop to them. We plan an on-line catalogue in the near future where consumers can browse to make their selection before visiting you to buy.
